Penny came from severe neglect, she was underfed and confined to a small area to keep her small. By the time Penny made it to us, she had already suffered damage to her body that is irreversible. Penny has a difficult time getting up and walking. She is currently working with a physical therapist who is helping her mobility and making sure that she lives a pain free life.
