Shadow was adopted from Regional Animal Services of King County as a companion for Mila. Mila wasn’t well socialized and needed a specific type of friend. Shadow was already 11 years old at the time and was used to the farm life. It didn’t take her any time to fit right in and call the sanctuary home. Shadow is a herding working breed and loves to take care of all the animals. One of her favorite activities is having breakfast with the pigs.
