  1. Pour the boiling water over the couscous. Cover with a lid, and let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Steam the radish greens in a steamer basket over about 1/2 inch of water for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, keep the lid on, and set aside.
  3. Once the couscous has absorbed all of the water, stir in olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Add the veggies and radish greens and toss to combine. Serve warm, cold, or at room temp.
